Product Engineering - GenAI Engineer - Software Specialist Engineer II

Experience : 5.5 - 8.5 Years

Location : Hyderabad

We are looking for a GenAI Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of software engineering experience and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in OOPs, Data Structures, Algorithms, SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and experience building scalable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade applications leveraging LLMs, AI Agents, cloud-native architectures, and modern software engineering practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-quality AI solutions while following Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.

- Architect and implement robust RAG pipelines to enhance the accuracy and contextual relevance of LLM-driven enterprise applications.

- Develop and optimize production-grade Python services that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure to ensure high availability and low latency.

- Fine-tune pre-trained models and implement advanced prompting strategies to meet specific domain requirements and improve model performance.
