Role Overview :

As a Gen AI Engineer based in Hyderabad, you will be at the forefront of transforming complex business challenges into scalable artificial intelligence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and key stakeholders to architect, develop, and deploy advanced generative models that redefine user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end generative AI pipelines to automate complex workflows, significantly reducing manual effort for internal operations teams.

- Architect robust LLM-based applications using LangChain and vector databases to provide accurate, context-aware responses for our enterprise customers.

- Develop and fine-tune deep learning models to improve the precision of NLP tasks, ensuring our products maintain a competitive edge in language understanding.

- Collaborate with engineering leads to integrate agentic AI workflows that autonomously handle multi-step user requests, enhancing overall system responsiveness.

- Monitor and optimize model performance in production environments to ensure high availability, low latency, and cost-effective resource utilization for the business.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python for building scalable AI systems, coupled with a deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and deep learning architectures.

- Proven ability to design and deploy LLM-driven applications using LangChain, with a strong grasp of prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Strong analytical mindset with 4 to 10 years of experience in developing and shipping production-ready AI/ML solutions in a fast-paced environment.

- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work setup in Hyderabad, working effectively with distributed teams to meet aggressive project milestones.
