We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to design and develop next-generation AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business products and create scalable, user-centric AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA.

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases like ChromaDB and Databricks Mosaic AI Vector Search.

- Develop and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI, CrewAI, and AutoGen.

- Implement vector embeddings using models like GTE-Large, BGE, and fine-tune models to improve performance and accuracy.

- Integrate GenAI solutions with existing products and applications through APIs and microservices.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and recommend innovative approaches to enhance products and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Transformer architectures.

- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector search, embedding models, and semantic retrieval techniques.

- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks/libraries such as LangChain, Hugging Face, Transformers, and OpenAI SDK.

- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks including LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and OpenAI Agents.

- Knowledge of deploying AI applications through REST APIs, microservices, and containerized environments.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and model deployment practices.

- Experience building enterprise-scale AI applications and conversational AI solutions.
