Generative AI Developer - NLP/Computer Vision

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Generative AI Lead to drive cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives focused on generative models, NLP, and computer vision. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and deploying GenAI systems, working with leading frameworks, and leading cross-functional teams to build production-grade AI applications. This is a high-impact role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Innovation :

- Stay current with trends in LLMs, Agentic AI, and multimodal learning, and apply them in business contexts.

GenAI Model Development :

- Work with Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Hugging Face, and LangChain to develop, fine-tune, and deploy GenAI models.

- Build and implement Autonomous Agents and Agentic AI workflows for task automation and decision-making processes.

Real-World Application Integration :

- Translate business problems into AI solutions by integrating generative models into real-world products and platforms.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to embed GenAI functionalities into core applications.

MLOps & Deployment :

- Lead MLOps practices for lifecycle management, model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines for GenAI projects.

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Research & Problem Solving :

- Conduct applied research to evaluate and improve generative models.

- Maintain a strong experimental mindset, testing new techniques and architectures.

Team Leadership :

- Manage cross-functional teams including ML engineers, data scientists, and developers.

- Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative, research-driven team culture.

Technical Skills Required :

Generative AI & ML Frameworks :

- Hugging Face Transformers & Diffusers

- LangChain, LlamaIndex, Weaviate (or similar)

- OpenAI APIs, Cohere, Claude (nice to have)

Programming & Deep Learning :

- Python (advanced level)

- Deep Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow

- Data Processing: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn

- Prompt engineering and fine-tuning of LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.)

Natural Language Processing & Computer Vision :

- NLP: Named Entity Recognition, Text Summarization, QA systems, Chatbots

- CV: Image Generation (e.g., Stable Diffusion), Object Detection, OCR, GANs

MLOps & DevOps Tools :

- MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC

- Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow

- Git, CI/CD pipelines

- Cloud: AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3), Azure, or GCP

Agentic AI & Workflow Automation :

- Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows, including autonomous multi-agent systems

- Integration with tools like LangGraph, ReAct, AutoGPT (plus)

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 5-7years of experience in AI/ML with at least 23 years in Generative AI and LLMs.

- Proven track record of leading AI teams and delivering successful AI/ML projects in production.

- Strong research and analytical skills with publications/patents in AI (a plus).
