Role Overview :

We are looking for a GenAI / AI Agent Engineer with strong Python expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable GenAI systems, intelligent agents, and multi-agent workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Python-based GenAI applications and AI agent architectures.

- Build and orchestrate intelligent and multi-agent workflows.

- Implement agent spawning, role management, and inter-agent communication.

- Develop modular, reusable, and scalable code integrated with AI/ML pipelines.

- Work on prompt engineering, prompt chaining, testing, and optimization.

- Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, search, and document retrieval systems.

- Optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Collaborate with DevOps/cloud teams for Docker and Kubernetes deployment.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on development experience.

- Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Prompt Chaining.

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face APIs.

- Hands-on experience with ReAct, ReWOO, multi-agent orchestration, reasoning, and planning.

- Experience with RAG, vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps and prompt evaluation frameworks.
