Role : Data Scientist AI & Generative AI

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Data Scientist to build and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions that improve customer experience, business efficiency, and decision-making.

The role involves working with Python, SQL, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI to develop production-ready AI applications and workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions.

- Build AI applications, workflows, and data pipelines using Python and SQL.

- Work with structured and unstructured data for AI/ML use cases.

- Apply prompt engineering and evaluate LLM outputs for quality and accuracy.

- Develop RAG pipelines and integrate Agentic AI frameworks.

- Implement AI monitoring, observability, and MLOps practices.

- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.

- Present findings, recommendations, and results clearly to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Masters degree / postgraduate degree in STEM such as :

1. Data Science

2. Statistics

3. Computer Science

4. Engineering

5. Operations Research

6. Artificial Intelligence

7. Related STEM fields

- 2 - 7 years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Analytics.

- Strong Python and SQL skills.

- Good understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, RAG, and Agentic AI.

- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Teradata.

- Knowledge of Git, AI Observability, and MLOps.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.

Good to Have :

- Specialization/coursework in AI, ML, Statistics, or Cloud Computing.

- Experience deploying GenAI/RAG/LLM applications in production or staging environments.

- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of RAGAS, TruLens, LangSmith, or MLflow.

- Understanding of ML models such as Regression, Classification, and Ensemble Methods.

- Relevant AI/ML/Cloud/MLOps certifications.
