Job Summary :

We are looking for experienced AI, GenAI, Agentic AI & Cloud leaders at Manager and Director levels to drive enterprise AI strategy, architecture, innovation, and delivery. The role requires strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Cloud Architecture, and Python, combined with proven technical leadership and client-facing experience.

Must-Have Skills :

- 9+ years of overall technology experience with strong exposure to AI/ML and modern technology platforms.

- Strong expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI solutions and enterprise implementations.

- Strong experience in Enterprise LLM Architecture and production-grade AI solutions.

- Strong understanding and experience with Agentic AI Architecture.

- Expertise in RAG and Enterprise Knowledge Architecture.

- Strong experience in Cloud Architecture, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong software engineering background with hands-on understanding of Python.

- Strong understanding of AI Governance and Responsible AI principles.

- Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership, and Delivery Management.

- Strong client-facing experience, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Vertex AI.

- Experience with Gemini and other foundation models.

- Strong knowledge of BigQuery.

- Experience with GKE / Kubernetes.

- Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation.

- Experience with LangGraph, Google ADK, or OpenAI Agents SDK.

- Knowledge of MCP / A2A protocols and agentic architectures.

- Experience with MLOps / LLMOps and AI deployment lifecycle management.

- Strong understanding of AI Security and enterprise AI risk management.

- Experience implementing AI Observability and monitoring frameworks.

- Experience building and deploying Enterprise Copilots.

- Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and enterprise knowledge systems.

- Experience with Multimodal AI solutions.

- Understanding of Intelligent Process Automation and AI-driven business process transformation.
