Role Overview :

As a GenAI & Agentic AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying intelligent systems that move beyond simple chat interfaces into autonomous, task-oriented agents. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams and technical stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust AI workflows.

Your daily focus will involve architecting LLM-driven pipelines, optimizing retrieval mechanisms, and ensuring that agentic systems operate with high reliability and contextual accuracy to drive tangible business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI pipelines using Python to solve specific enterprise automation challenges.

- Design and orchestrate complex agentic workflows using LangGraph to enable multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution.

- Develop advanced RAG architectures to ensure LLMs provide accurate, domain-specific responses by integrating proprietary data sources.

- Refine prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance, reduce hallucinations, and ensure consistent output quality across diverse use cases.

- Manage and optimize VectorDB implementations to ensure low-latency retrieval and high-fidelity data indexing for large-scale applications.

- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to integrate AI agents into existing client platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability and performance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python development with a deep understanding of the modern AI/ML stack, including LangChain and related orchestration frameworks.

- Proven ability to design and deploy agentic AI systems that handle complex, multi-turn reasoning tasks in production environments.

- Strong grasp of RAG methodologies and VectorDB management, with the ability to optimize data retrieval for specific business contexts.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment across multiple time zones.

- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, complemented by a portfolio of successfully deployed AI projects.
