Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience to design, build, and scale high-quality products. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable, and user-focused solutions. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring junior engineers, and driving product excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable product features and systems.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to understand requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.

- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from concept to production.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability and scalability.

- Ensure high standards of software quality through testing and documentation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in product or software engineering.

- Experience with modern frameworks, tools, and development practices.

- Experience in modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Strong knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR).

- Expertise in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, C++).

- Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud-based services.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Prior experience building scalable, customer-facing products.

- Leadership or mentoring experience.
