Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 8+ years of expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI, and AI Agent development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LLMs, RAG pipelines, MLOps, Databricks, and Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions.

- Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.

- Develop solutions for Computer Vision and NLP use cases.

- Work with CNNs, Vision Transformers (ViT), Transfer Learning, ResNet, YOLO, Object Detection, and Image Segmentation.

- Develop and integrate LLM, GenAI, and AI Agent applications.

- Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering workflows, and agentic AI solutions.

- Build AI agents and workflows using LangGraph and similar modern AI frameworks.

- Work with models and frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or equivalent.

- Handle and process large-scale image, video, and text datasets.

- Implement MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, automated deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

- Leverage Databricks and Microsoft Azure for scalable data and AI/ML workloads.

- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.

- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, governance, scalability, and performance requirements.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / AI.

- Expert-level Python programming skills.

- Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.

- Experience in Computer Vision, including CNNs, Vision Transformers, Transfer Learning, ResNet, YOLO, Object Detection, and Image Segmentation.

- Strong experience in NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, and RAG Pipelines.

- Experience building AI Agents, LangGraph, and Agentic Workflows.

- Strong understanding of MLOps, including CI/CD, model versioning, deployment, and automation.

- Experience with Databricks and Microsoft Azure.

- Good working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.

- Hands-on experience with GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or similar LLMs.

- Experience developing production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI applications.

- Knowledge of AI Security, Compliance, Responsible AI, and Governance.

- Experience with enterprise-scale AI/ML implementations.

- Experience optimizing models for production performance and scalability.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
