Full Stack Technical Lead - React.js/Python

Job Description :

We are looking for a Full Stack Technical Lead with 7 to 12 years of experience, including strong hands-on experience in Python, AWS, modern backend frameworks, React.js, and cloud-native application development. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, experience leading development initiatives, and the ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications.

- Develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Python and frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.

- Design and optimize data models, queries, and database solutions using PostgreSQL.

- Architect and deploy applications on AWS, leveraging appropriate cloud-native services.

- Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

- Drive application scalability, performance, availability, and reliability across cloud environments.

- Establish coding standards, development best practices, and reusable technical patterns.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and lead engineering initiatives.

- Ensure application security, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 12 years of experience in full-stack software development, with strong hands-on development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

- Strong frontend development experience with React.js.

- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and relational database concepts.

- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud application development.

- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable application architecture.

- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.

- Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
