About the Role :

We are seeking a Fullstack Tech Lead for a funded Toy Subscription Platform.

Responsibilities :

- Own the technology roadmap : Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Hands-on development : Design and build features across the stack - Next.js, React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL and Flutter.

- Lead and mentor : Guide junior engineers, establish coding standards and best practices, conduct code reviews.

- Transition management : Work closely with external agencies to transition codebases and knowledge in-house.

- Cloud & DevOps : Oversee deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, etc.).

- Product mindset : Collaborate with product, design and business teams to deliver delightful and reliable user experiences.

- Frontend : Next.js, React.js

- Database : PostgreSQL

- Mobile : Flutter

- Infrastructure : AWS, Vercel

Requirements :

- 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

- Strong proficiency in Next.js/React.js and Node.js.

- Experience with relational databases - especially PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with Flutter or other cross-platform mobile frameworks.

- Basic knowledge of AWS, Vercel, or other cloud hosting/DevOps platforms.

- Proven track record of leading small teams or projects - mentoring engineers, establishing best practices.

- Strong product thinking : ability to balance tech choices with business/user needs.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
