Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Software Engineer based in Bangalore, you will be at the heart of our product development lifecycle, bridging the gap between complex backend systems and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers, to architect and deploy scalable solutions that serve thousands of concurrent users. Your day-to-day will involve translating high-level business requirements into robust, production-ready code, ensuring that our platform remains performant, secure, and highly available.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end features using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high-performance backend services that support our core business logic.

- Build responsive, interactive front-end components using React.js and TypeScript to enhance user engagement and platform accessibility.

- Develop and maintain secure RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between microservices and third-party integrations.

- Optimize database schemas and queries in SQL to ensure data integrity and lightning-fast retrieval for data-intensive applications.

- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools and Docker to accelerate release cycles and improve overall system stability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks, ensuring that the platform meets evolving market demands and performance benchmarks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js, combined with a strong command of modern JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Proven ability to craft sophisticated user interfaces with React.js, HTML5, and CSS3, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and high performance.

- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development, specifically within AWS environments, to build resilient and distributed systems.

- Strong proficiency in SQL database management and version control workflows using Git to maintain high standards of code quality and data consistency.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent team environment.
