Job Description :

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with 49 years of experience to build and enhance AI-driven digital products, with a strong focus on responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces. The role will involve working across the frontend and backend to deliver seamless user experiences, integrate backend services and data pipelines, and take ownership of features from development through deployment.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices, with a good understanding of cloud and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance web interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Flowbite.

- Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into reusable, accessible, and interactive components.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and maintain microservices and ensure efficient data flow between frontend applications and backend systems.

- Integrate applications with data and AI services to support AI-driven product capabilities.

- Develop and maintain reusable UI and shared component libraries to ensure consistency across products.

- Troubleshoot and optimize frontend performance, API response times, and application responsiveness.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases and develop efficient queries to support application requirements.

- Participate in code reviews and write clean, maintainable, testable, and secure code.

- Own features through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Work closely with UX, Product, Backend, Data, and AI teams in a cross-functional Agile environment.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments in AWS or similar cloud environments.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 49 years of experience in software development, with strong experience in web application development.

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.

- Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or equivalent.

- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

- Good understanding of API integration, service-to-service communication, and backend application architecture.

- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases and writing efficient queries.

- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, and software development best practices.

- Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms.

- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, with practical knowledge of complexity, arrays, strings, hash maps/sets, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, sorting, and searching.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Flowbite, SASS, or CSS-in-JS.

- Experience with reusable component libraries and design systems.

- Exposure to AI/ML-powered applications or integration with data and AI pipelines.

- Experience with frontend performance optimization and accessibility standards.
