Must be adept at building modern headless solutions using Next.js/Vercel, deploying within containerized environments (Docker), and implementing search functionality via Solr.

- Architect and implement high-performance Sitecore solutions using ASP.NET and C# to ensure seamless content management and delivery for enterprise-level clients.

- Develop dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and Next.js to provide intuitive and engaging user experiences across all devices.

- Manage and synchronize Sitecore item serialization and configuration management using Sitecore Unicorn to maintain environment consistency and streamline deployment pipelines.

- Transition legacy monolithic Sitecore implementations into modern headless architectures to improve site speed, scalability, and developer velocity.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering excellence and maintain high standards of software quality across the team.
