In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and scaling end-to-end web applications that serve as the backbone of our digital products.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers, to translate complex business requirements into elegant, high-performance technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python frameworks like Django, FastAPI, and Flask to ensure high availability and performance for our end users.

- Build intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML5, and CSS3 to deliver a seamless experience across all devices.

- Develop and maintain secure RESTful APIs to facilitate efficient data exchange between the client-side and server-side components.

- Manage database schemas and optimize complex queries in PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and rapid retrieval for business-critical reporting.

- Containerize applications using Docker to streamline deployment pipelines and maintain environment consistency across development and production stages.

- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS to ensure high uptime and cost-effective scalability for our global customer base.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements that directly enhance system reliability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with 5 - 9 years of professional experience in the Python ecosystem.

- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code using Python, JavaScript, and modern frontend libraries like React.js.

- Strong proficiency in managing relational databases such as PostgreSQL and designing efficient SQL queries for large-scale applications.

- Experience in deploying and managing microservices or monolithic architectures within AWS cloud environments using Docker.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid-office environment.

- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a track record of using Git for version control and participating in rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in building enterprise-grade software.
