Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Lead with 6+ years of hands-on development and team leadership experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable applications, leading development teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers working on MERN stack projects

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications

- Architect end-to-end solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

- Manage code reviews, sprint planning, and release cycles

- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

- Ensure application security and data protection

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN Stack)

- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

- Experience with REST APIs & Microservices architecture

- Hands-on with Git version control

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Strong understanding of database design & optimization

- Experience in team handling / leadership role

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with TypeScript

- Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP cloud platforms

- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes

- Familiarity with Next.js

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

- Experience in leading projects end-to-end

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
