Looking for candidates with strong hands-on engineering capability with enterprise architecture leadership across distributed systems, scalable runtime architecture, DevSecOps and product/platform engineering. Should be proficient in hands on coding and code review.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Platform Engineering :

- Define enterprise-grade scalable application architecture

- Design modular microservices and integration frameworks

- Lead UI, API and workflow orchestration design

- Drive platform scalability, resiliency and observability

Application & Integration Engineering :

- Design event-driven and streaming integrations

- Implement sandbox execution frameworks

- Integrate DRL, DMN and BPMN runtime ecosystems

Architecture Governance :

- Own HLD and LLD governance

- Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews

- Define enterprise coding and integration standards

- Drive DevSecOps and release engineering practices

Runtime & Deployment Engineering :

- Design containerized and cloud-native deployment architecture

- Implement Kubernetes-based sandbox execution environments

- Ability to lead devops engineers for CI/CD pipeline set up and GitOps pipelines and institute development methodology for PR based review and code merge

- Support distributed execution and parallel processing

Mapping Engine Enablement :

- Support implementation of system registry integration

- Enable API/interface mapping orchestration

- Support entity and workflow mapping integration

Required Skills :

Core Technology Skills :

- Java/Spring Boot

- Angular or React

- Distributed system architecture

Platform Engineering Skills :

- Product/platform engineering experience

- Batch and parallel processing architecture

- Runtime observability and resiliency engineering

- Git workflows, PR governance and release management

Preferred Domain & Rule Engineering Skills :

- Exposure to DRL, DMN and BPMN ecosystems

- Understanding of AST-driven rule abstraction concepts

- Experience with enterprise workflow orchestration

- Understanding of sidecar validation architecture

Preferred Experience :

- 12+ years in enterprise platform engineering

- Banking or regulated enterprise platform experience

- Experience building cloud-native enterprise products

- Experience leading distributed engineering teams
