Full Stack Lead/Architect - Golang/React.js/Next.js

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead/Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of large-scale cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Golang for backend development and React or Next.js for frontend development, along with a strong ability to work hands-on and lead the delivery of enterprise-scale programs.

About the Role :

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end architecture and solution design, leveraging their technical expertise to deliver complex systems and drive business growth. This is a remote role that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team, with a requirement to work until 23:30 IST.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop large-scale cloud-native platforms using Golang and React or Next.js

- Lead the architecture and solution design for enterprise-scale programs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex systems and drive business growth

- Work hands-on to develop and implement software solutions

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in software development

- 6+ years of experience in Golang and React or Next.js

- Strong hands-on capability in designing and developing complex systems

- Experience in delivering enterprise-scale programs

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team
