Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Lead/Architect to spearhead the design and development of our next-generation digital platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level architectural strategy and hands-on implementation, working closely with product managers, design teams, and cross-functional engineering squads to deliver robust, scalable solutions. You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, ensuring code excellence, and mentoring a high-performing team to build seamless user experiences. Your contributions will directly influence our products performance, reliability, and ability to scale, ultimately driving significant value for our global user base in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and oversee the development of high-concurrency backend systems using Golang to ensure optimal performance and system stability for our end users.

- Lead the end-to-end development of responsive, performant frontend interfaces using React.js and Next.js to provide a superior and intuitive user experience.

- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines, to maintain high standards of code quality across the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with long-term business goals.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers by providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable backend services with Golang and crafting modern, server-side rendered web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Proven ability to design complex system architectures that are modular, maintainable, and capable of handling high traffic volumes.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative discussions across distributed teams.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment while managing multiple project priorities.

- A solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, typically evidenced by a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 8 - 10 years of professional software development experience.
