Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Java Developer to join our core engineering team in Bangalore. In this capacity, you will lead the design and implementation of high-scale, distributed systems, working closely with cross-functional product managers, architects, and DevOps teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

You will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that our platform remains performant, scalable, and secure. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java 21 to ensure high performance and maintainability across our enterprise ecosystem.

- Engineer intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using React to enhance user engagement and streamline complex workflows.

- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS, optimizing infrastructure for cost-efficiency and operational reliability.

- Mentor junior engineering talent through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that system architecture aligns with long-term business objectives and scalability needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining the integrity of our high-traffic applications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, distributed systems using Java 21 and modern microservices architecture patterns.

- Proven ability to develop sophisticated front-end applications using React, with a strong focus on component reusability and state management.

- Deep functional knowledge of AWS services, including experience in designing serverless or containerized environments that support high-concurrency workloads.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-team decision-making.

- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving ambiguous technical challenges in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Minimum 8 - 15 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a focus on enterprise-grade Java applications.
