Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Java Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Chennai. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable enterprise applications, bridging the gap between complex backend microservices and intuitive frontend interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. By leveraging your deep expertise in Java and cloud-native technologies, you will directly influence the performance, reliability, and security of our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our global user base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement high-availability microservices using Spring Boot to ensure modularity and ease of deployment for complex business workflows.

- Design and expose secure, high-performance RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration between internal systems and external client-facing applications.

- Orchestrate automated CI/CD pipelines using Google Cloud Build to accelerate release cycles and maintain high code quality standards across the development lifecycle.

- Optimize cloud-native infrastructure on GCP to enhance system scalability, reduce latency, and improve overall operational efficiency for end-users.

- Mentor junior developers through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in building full-stack applications with Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks, ensuring a cohesive and responsive user experience.

- Proven ability to design and maintain complex microservices architectures that support high-traffic production environments.

- Strong proficiency in managing cloud-native deployments on GCP, with a deep understanding of cloud-build processes and infrastructure automation.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a hybrid work environment in Chennai.

- A proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of navigating ambiguous requirements and delivering high-impact solutions within tight project timelines.

- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade software solutions.
