Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Java Developer at Sysmind Tech, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your work will directly impact the user experience and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable Java-based web applications for our clients.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices for maintainability.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user interfaces with back-end systems, ensuring seamless functionality.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between different components of the application, enhancing modularity.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to users.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Implement and maintain database schemas and queries, optimizing performance and data integrity.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Java programming, including strong understanding of OOPS concepts, collections, and data structures.

- Extensive experience with Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data) for building enterprise-level applications.

- Solid understanding of Hibernate ORM for database interaction and data persistence.

- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Proven ability to develop dynamic and interactive user interfaces using React.js.

- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
