Full Stack Java Architect

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java technologies

- Define system architecture, integration patterns, and data models for enterprise applications

- Lead technical decision-making and establish development standards and best practices

- Review code quality and ensure maintainable, optimized software delivery

- Optimize application scalability, reliability, and system performance

- Build and guide Microservices-based distributed architectures

- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to drive technical solutions

- Mentor developers and conduct architecture and technical design reviews

- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment automation

- Ensure application security, compliance, and data protection standards

- Support cloud-native application deployment and containerized environments

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java

- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture

- Proven experience architecting large-scale distributed systems

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture

- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Expertise in database design using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization technologies

- Strong understanding of system design, caching strategies, and performance optimization

- Excellent problem-solving and technical leadership skills
