Role Overview :

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineering Lead to drive the development, architecture, and scalability of a large-scale learning platform. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise in Python/Django and React, along with experience building distributed systems and leading engineering teams.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development, customization, and maintenance of a large-scale learning platform using Python (Django) and React.

- Own backend architecture, APIs, integrations, asynchronous processing, and core platform components.

- Build and enhance frontend experiences using React and modern UI development practices.

- Design scalable system architectures, microservices, and platform integrations.

- Establish and manage DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud infrastructure.

- Define engineering standards covering code quality, testing, reliability, security, and performance.

- Lead sprint planning, code reviews, technical decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.

- Oversee platform scalability, deployment strategies, performance optimization, and incident management.

- Integrate external systems including identity management, assessments, AI solutions, and third-party services.

- Drive delivery of high-quality, secure, and accessible digital learning experiences.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Python (Django) and React fullstack development.

- Experience building and scaling high-traffic, distributed applications and microservices.

- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.

- Strong understanding of software quality, automated testing, and platform reliability.

- Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex technology projects.

- Hands-on experience with MySQL and MongoDB.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with large-scale learning, SaaS, or EdTech platforms.

- Knowledge of learning standards, platform integrations, and high-concurrency systems.

- Exposure to Open edX or AI-powered products would be an added advantage.
