Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with 7-10+ years of experience in building modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python (FastAPI/Django), ReactJS, RESTful API development, and a passion for delivering secure, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI and/or Django, ReactJS, and related technologies.

- Develop secure, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented RESTful APIs and services.

- Translate business and user requirements into technical designs, service interfaces, application components, and intuitive user experiences.

- Build sophisticated, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using ReactJS.

- Apply UX/UI design principles to enhance usability, consistency, navigation, and overall user experience.

- Collaborate closely with product, business, design, architecture, quality assurance, data, and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in solution design, technical estimation, code reviews, testing, release planning, and production support activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, integration issues, and usability challenges.

- Implement secure engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including access control, data protection, and secure API design.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and drive best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI and/or Django.

- Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
