Full Stack Engineer - Python/Django

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Development :

- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable and high-performance web applications.

- Design and implement robust backend systems using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.

Architecture & System Design :

- Design microservices-based architecture and ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Optimize database queries and manage data using PostgreSQL and Redis.

- Implement asynchronous processing and background jobs using Celery.

DevOps & Infrastructure :

- Work with containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate services using Kubernetes.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for seamless deployments.

- Ensure system monitoring, logging, and high availability of applications.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best practices.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Drive agile practices and ensure timely delivery of features and releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of overall experience in full stack development.

- Strong backend expertise in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.

- Frontend experience with React.js and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and database design.

- Experience with Celery for asynchronous task processing.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

- Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
