Job Description :

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.

Tech Stack :

- Backend: Node.js / TypeScript or Golang.

- Frontend: React.js or Flutter.

- Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent.

Responsibilities :

- Designing and developing REST APIs, backend services, integrations, and business logic.

- Understanding of HTTP, API design, authentication/authorization, error handling, asynchronous programming, and backend application architecture.

- Writing maintainable, modular, testable, and production-quality code.

- Working understanding of schema design, relationships, joins, indexing, transactions, and basic query optimisation.

- Basic-to-intermediate system design knowledge including API design, service boundaries, database selection, caching, scalability, asynchronous processing, failure handling, and basic distributed-system trade-offs.

Agentic AI Experience :

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Agentic AI or AI coding tools.

- Experience using AI tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, code understanding, testing, documentation, or code review.

- Ability to provide appropriate context and constraints to coding agents and validate their output before use.

- Experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or equivalent.
