About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help build and scale our enterprise platform. You will work on key features, including AI-powered decisioning systems, data security, and document parsing tools that automate document verification, data extraction, and underwriting workflows.

You will collaborate with an experienced engineering team and work with technologies such as Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and React in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and React.

- Build Python-based AI pipelines to automate document processing and underwriting workflows.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Optimize application performance and ensure efficient data flow and real-time functionality.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and build scalable systems to support business growth.

- Implement secure and reliable solutions for handling sensitive financial data and AI-driven workflows.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL, with hands-on experience in React.

- Experience with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of backend development and scalable application architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications.

- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Experience with document processing, data extraction, or fintech solutions.

- Understanding of application security and best practices for handling sensitive data.
