We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in LookML and Google BigQuery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Business Intelligence, analytics platform engineering, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain analytics solutions using Looker, including LookML models,

explores, dashboards, and governed data layers.

- Develop optimized and scalable queries, data models, and integrations using Google BigQuery.

- Act as a bridge between data engineering and BI platform management, ensuring seamless

data flow and high-quality analytics output.

- Implement and enforce dashboard governance, semantic modeling standards, and performance optimization best practices.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

- Ensure best practices around data security, access controls, and compliance within BI tools.

- Use version control (Git) and support CI/CD workflows to streamline development and deployment of LookML and analytics assets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and product managers to enhance data usability and insights delivery.

- Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, performance bottlenecks, and system reliability.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Analytics Platform Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Looker, including LookML modeling, RLS, governance, semantic layer development, and dashboard creation.

- Expertise in Google BigQuery with strong SQL skills, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Experience in semantic modeling, data architecture concepts, and scalable BI design

principles.

- Familiarity with data security practices, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines for

BI/DW solutions.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative

environment.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
