Role : Full Stack Engineer with Agentic AI

Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Engineer with Agentic AI, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge applications that seamlessly integrate advanced AI capabilities. This role involves working across the entire software stack, from crafting intuitive user interfaces with React.js to building robust, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot, all while embedding Generative AI and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) models. You will collaborate closely with product managers, AI/ML engineers, and UX designers to translate complex requirements into innovative solutions, directly impacting user experience, driving business efficiency, and unlocking new product capabilities for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement high-performance, scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js, ensuring exceptional user experience and system reliability.

- Lead the integration and deployment of Generative AI and RAG models into core product features, enabling intelligent automation and enhancing decision-making processes for end-users.

- Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based architectures, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for efficient containerization, orchestration, and seamless scalability across distributed environments.

- Champion best practices in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) and software engineering, conducting thorough code reviews and contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with AI/ML researchers, product owners, and other engineering teams to define technical specifications, resolve complex challenges, and deliver impactful solutions that align with strategic business goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java and Spring Boot for building robust, scalable backend services and APIs.

- Proficient in modern front-end development using React.js, including state management, component-based architecture, and responsive design principles.

- Deep understanding and practical experience with Microservices Architecture, coupled with hands-on proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.

- Proven experience with Generative AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and other Artificial Intelligence concepts, with a focus on their application within full-stack solutions.

- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset, capable of tackling complex technical challenges and proposing innovative solutions.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences and working effectively within distributed, cross-functional teams.
