- 6+ years building web applications with React (TypeScript, hooks, state management with Zustand or Redux) and Java (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA).

- Solid PostgreSQL skills schema design, Flyway migrations, query optimisation

- Testing mindset JUnit, React Testing Library, Testcontainers.

- Strong CSS skills Tailwind CSS

Complete skillset :

- 6+ years building web applications with React (TypeScript, hooks, state management with Zustand or Redux) and Java (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA).

- Solid PostgreSQL skills schema design, Flyway migrations, query optimisation, JSONB.

- Experience implementing data visualisation (Recharts or D3.js for radar charts, heat maps).

- Comfortable with Tailwind CSS, responsive design, and dark mode theming.

- Understanding of immutable data patterns versioned records, point-in-time snapshots, no-overwrite architectures.

- Git workflow discipline feature branching, pull requests, code review.

- Testing mindset JUnit, React Testing Library, Testcontainers.

- We expect full stack engineers to know React component development with TypeScript.

- Strong CSS skills Tailwind CSS, glassmorphism effects (frosted glass, backdrop blur, transparency), dark mode theming, modern typography (Inter/Plus Jakarta Sans).

- Data visualisation expertise building radar chart components, heat maps, line graphs, and bar charts using Recharts or D3.js.

- Responsive design for desktop/laptop (primary) with tablet support.

- WCAG AA accessibility compliance. Experience creating design systems and reusable component libraries.

- Ability to run usability testing sessions with end users.

Good to Have Skills :

AWS infrastructure and DevOps experience.

1. Core AWS services : EKS (Kubernetes cluster management, Helm charts, pod autoscaling), RDS (PostgreSQL provisioning, pgvector extension, backup/restore), S3 (encrypted blob storage), ALB, API Gateway, Cognito, WAF, CloudWatch, SQS/EventBridge, Secrets Manager.

2. Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CDK.

We expect full stack engineers to also know UI/UX if not we get additional role on UI/UX Engineer 4+ years combining UI/UX design and frontend implementation.

1. Proficient in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems).

We expect full stack engineers to also know DevOps -

1. if not we get additional role on DevOps / AWS Engineer 4+ years AWS infrastructure and DevOps experience.

2. Core AWS services : EKS (Kubernetes cluster management, Helm charts, pod autoscaling), RDS (PostgreSQL provisioning, pgvector extension, backup/restore), S3 (encrypted blob storage), ALB, API Gateway, Cognito, WAF, CloudWatch, SQS/EventBridge, Secrets Manager.

3. Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CDK. CI/CD pipeline design and implementation GitHub Actions or Jenkins with automated build, test, scan, deploy stages.

4. Container management Docker, ECR, image vulnerability scanning.

5. Monitoring and observability CloudWatch dashboards, Prometheus/Grafana, structured logging, alerting.

6. Security hardening IAM least-privilege, encryption configuration, WAF rules, network policies.

7. Experience provisioning and managing multiple environments (dev, test, staging, prod) within a regulated banking context.
