About the Role :

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Pune. This hybrid role is central to the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. The successful candidate will leverage expertise across modern backend and frontend technologies, with specific experience in Java, Node.js, React, and Commerce Tools, while driving strong DevSecOps practices within an Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Implementation : Lead the technical design and implementation of robust software solutions, translating complex business and functional requirements into secure, scalable code modules.

- Full Stack Development : Execute full stack development across tiers, utilizing Java and/or Node.js for backend services and React for building high-quality, responsive user interfaces.

- E-Commerce Integration : Apply specific technical expertise to integrate with and customize the Commerce Tools platform for core e-commerce functionality.

- DevSecOps & Standards : Actively ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices (KPs), and the DevSecOps framework, embedding security and quality checks throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Technical Leadership & Review : Lead and guide junior developers, providing mentorship, and performing rigorous technical specification and code reviews to ensure code quality and system integrity.

- Collaboration & Agile : Collaborate intensely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate user stories into technical specifications and participate actively in Agile sprints (Scrum/Kanban).

- Deployment & Support : Support deployment, implementation, and perform post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting and optimization in production environments.

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- Full Stack Core : Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using Java, Node.js, and React.

- E-Commerce Platform : Mandatory technical experience integrating with and customizing the Commerce Tools platform.

- DevOps Tooling : Strong experience with version control (GIT), CI/CD automation (Jenkins), project management (JIRA), and deployment/operations on Azure or similar cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

- API & Integration : Expertise integrating with third-party systems and consuming/designing highly available REST APIs.

- Methodology : Working knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

- Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving, analytical, and proven mentoring skills.
