Role Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and enhance an AI-powered e-commerce platform. The role involves building customer-facing features, backend services, integrations, and intelligent solutions that improve product discovery and the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop responsive and scalable e-commerce features across frontend and backend.

- Build and maintain APIs, databases, product catalogues, cart, checkout, and order management workflows.

- Integrate AI capabilities such as intelligent search, product recommendations, semantic search, and shopping assistants.

- Integrate payment gateways, shipping providers, and third-party platforms.

- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and user experience.

- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business teams to deliver features from concept to production.

- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and secure code.

- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve application reliability and performance.

Required Skills:

- 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.

- Experience with React or Next.js and modern frontend development.

- Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or equivalent frameworks.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and cloud deployment.

- Hands-on experience developing e-commerce platforms or complex transactional websites.

- Experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom e-commerce platforms.

- Familiarity with AI APIs, LLM integrations, recommendation systems, or semantic search.

- Working knowledge of Git, testing, debugging, and secure development practices.

- Understanding of scalable application architecture and third-party integrations.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience integrating payment gateways and shipping APIs.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience working with product search, recommendations, personalization, or AI-driven commerce.

- Understanding of CI/CD and modern software development practices.
