- Design and implement scalable web applications and distributed systems.

- Lead development of end-to-end features across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend services.

- Design and define RESTful APIs and backend services using Java (Spring Boot), ensuring seamless frontend and backend integration.

- Define and drive best practices for frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability.

- Drive full-stack design discussions balancing scalability, performance, and user experience.

- Ensure scalable and maintainable integration between UI layers and backend systems.

- Drive system improvements in performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Define and implement testing strategies across frontend and backend, including unit, integration, and API testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Security, and DevOps) to deliver high quality solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers.

- Contribute to technical decision-making and influence system architecture at the team or domain level.

In this role, you'll need :

Must Have :

- 8+ years of experience in web development using Java (Spring Boot) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) with TypeScript.

- Strong experience in full-stack development across frontend and backend systems.

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot microservices architecture.

- Experience designing and building REST APIs and scalable distributed systems.

- Experience in frontend development using React or Next.js with TypeScript.

- Strong experience using frontend and backend testing frameworks and implementing unit and integration tests.

- Strong experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

- Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architectures such as Kafka.

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.

- Strong understanding of full-stack architecture and system design principles.
