Fullstack Development Lead - Java, React, AWS

Location : Gurgaon (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

- Focus on solution design for the IT landscape and continuously track tools, technologies, and application portfolio evolution.

- Lead full-stack application development using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, React, Angular, and AWS services (RDS, EKS, S3, VPC, SQS, Lambda).

- Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and SQL queries.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless backend integration.

- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering excellence.

- Monitor and optimize application performance while ensuring scalability and security.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and development best practices.

- Work closely with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

- Take complete ownership of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Required Knowledge & Experience :

- Strong expertise in full-stack technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Financial Services or Insurance domain experience is preferred.

- Proven experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and complex technology platforms.

- Strong understanding of software design patterns, frameworks, and reference architectures.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.

- Ability to lead development teams, mentor engineers, and drive technical decision-making.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovation-driven mindset.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.

- Minimum 8 years of IT experience.

- 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services or Insurance domain is preferred.
