Full Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our engineering team. The role is primarily frontend-focused (60% React.js) with 40% backend development using Node.js. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, developing reusable UI components, integrating APIs, and working with TypeScript and Bootstrap.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.

- Build reusable, responsive, and high-performance frontend components using React.

- Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.

- Work extensively with TypeScript across frontend and backend applications.

- Develop responsive user interfaces using Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and third-party services.

- Implement application features while maintaining clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Troubleshoot bugs and optimize application performance.

- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.

- Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, testing, and deployment.

- Use Git and follow proper version-control and development practices.

Technical Requirements :

Frontend (60% Focus) :

- React.js - Mandatory

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+

- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript

- React Hooks and functional components

- State management

- React Router

- REST API integration

- Reusable / component-based architecture

- Bootstrap

- HTML5 and CSS3

- Responsive web development

- Frontend performance optimization

Backend (40% Focus) :

- Node.js - Mandatory

- Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks

- Strong understanding of RESTful API development

- TypeScript with Node.js

- Authentication and authorization

- Asynchronous programming

- API validation and error handling

- Database integration and backend development

- Understanding of backend architecture and scalability

Good to Have :

- Redux, Zustand, or other state-management libraries

- Experience with SQL and / or NoSQL
