Role Overview :

We are looking for a high-caliber Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of scalable web applications, bridging the gap between sophisticated front-end interfaces and robust back-end services. You will work in close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performance digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement responsive user interfaces using React.js to enhance user engagement and platform accessibility.

- Develop and maintain scalable server-side logic using Node.js to ensure high-speed data processing and reliable API performance.

- Orchestrate deployment pipelines and manage infrastructure on Azure to optimize system uptime and resource utilization.

- Containerize applications using Docker to streamline development workflows and ensure consistency across testing and production environments.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot system bottlenecks and implement performance improvements that drive business efficiency.

Requirements :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, data-driven applications using the React.js and Node.js ecosystem.

- Proven ability to design and manage cloud-native architectures within the Azure environment to support high-traffic applications.

- Proficiency in containerization strategies using Docker to facilitate seamless CI/CD integration and deployment cycles.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional team members.

- A solid foundation in computer science principles, typically evidenced by a degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
