About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Node.js.

- Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver new features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.

- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and backend development frameworks such as Express.js.

- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Knowledge of software design patterns and development best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure management.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and application performance optimization.
