Role : Fullstack Developer (React & Node.js)

As a Fullstack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user stories and requirements into high-quality, performant code. Your work will directly impact the user experience, ensuring our customers have seamless and engaging interactions with our platform, ultimately driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components of web applications to ensure optimal performance and maintainability.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user stories and requirements into functional and visually appealing user interfaces, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient data flow.

- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, identify and resolve bugs, and maintain the overall stability of the application.

- Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback, share knowledge, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, promoting a collaborative and high-performing development environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire application stack to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth user experience.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js, including experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).

- Solid understanding of Node.js and experience building scalable and efficient back-end applications using frameworks like Express.js.

- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and related web technologies (HTML5, CSS3).

- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various data sources.

- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
