We are seeking a seasoned Fullstack Developer with 6 to 11 years of experience to join our engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications that serve as the backbone of our digital ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend architects to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions. By bridging the gap between front-end aesthetics and back-end robustness, you will directly influence the scalability of our platform and enhance the end-user experience for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain end-to-end web applications using React.js for the frontend and Python/FastAPI or Node.js for the backend to ensure seamless data flow and high availability.

- Optimize database schemas and query performance within PostgreSQL to support rapid data retrieval and maintain system integrity for high-traffic environments.

- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging cloud-native services to improve system reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in Javascript and Typescript to elevate the overall technical standard of the team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that our software architecture aligns with long-term business objectives and performance benchmarks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, responsive web applications using React.js, with a deep understanding of state management and component lifecycle.

- Proficiency in developing high-performance RESTful APIs using Python/FastAPI or Node.js, coupled with a strong command of Javascript and Typescript for type-safe development.

- Proven ability to design and manage relational databases in PostgreSQL, ensuring data consistency and optimized performance for large-scale applications.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including the ability to configure, deploy, and monitor scalable infrastructure in a production environment.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced hybrid work environment in

Bangalore.

- A strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by a track record of solving complex engineering challenges in a professional setting.
