Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer at Quickhyre AI, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable web applications that power our core AI-driven recruitment solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences and efficient backend services. This role directly impacts how companies discover and hire top talent, contributing significantly to the performance and user satisfaction of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using Python for backend services and modern JavaScript frameworks for the frontend, ensuring high performance and responsiveness for our users.

- Design and manage scalable database schemas, optimizing queries and data storage to support our growing data needs and ensure system efficiency.

- Develop and maintain robust APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly with various internal and external systems, enhancing platform capabilities.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical specifications, provide input on feasibility, and deliver innovative features that meet business objectives.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and testability through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices, fostering a reliable and stable product.

- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and operational support, driving continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, ensuring optimal application performance and user experience.

- Mentor junior developers and actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions, elevating the technical expertise of the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python development, including extensive experience with frameworks like Django or Flask, for building scalable and secure backend systems.

- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, coupled with strong command over HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to create engaging user interfaces.

- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and proven experience with database design, optimization, and management.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

- A strong grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices for developing maintainable, performant, and resilient applications.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex technical challenges across the full stack.

- Effective communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
