Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer at our Gurgaon office, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining end-to-end web applications that drive our core e-commerce engine. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into high-performance, user-centric features. Your work will directly influence the scalability of our platforms and the seamlessness of the customer journey, ensuring our technology stack remains agile and capable of supporting rapid business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable server-side logic using Python to ensure high-performance data processing and API reliability.

- Develop intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces that provide a seamless user experience across various devices.

- Integrate third-party services and payment gateways to enhance the functionality and security of our e-commerce ecosystem.

- Optimize database schemas and queries to improve application latency and support growing data requirements.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement automated testing protocols to maintain high standards of software quality and system stability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and deploy feature updates in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in building production-grade applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation to facilitate smooth communication between front-end and back-end services.

- Ability to manage relational and non-relational databases effectively to support complex data structures.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of working in a collaborative, office-based environment in Gurgaon, maintaining high levels of productivity and team synergy.

- 3 - 7 years of professional experience in full-stack development, preferably within the e-commerce or SaaS domain.
