Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and Groovy scripting to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable web applications and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience across backend services, frontend technologies, APIs, databases, and scripting, with the ability to work across the full application development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, Groovy, and modern web technologies.

- Develop backend services, APIs, business logic, and automation scripts using Python and Groovy.

- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and technologies.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Design, develop, and optimize database queries, data models, and application integrations.

- Develop automation scripts and tools to improve application deployment, monitoring, testing, and operational efficiency.

- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

- Participate in system design, technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Work closely with product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, maintainability, and reliability.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated build, deployment, and testing processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python development and Groovy scripting.

- Strong experience in full-stack web application development.

- Proficiency in backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.

- Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar.

- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.

- Experience with Groovy-based development and scripting environments.

- Experience with automation, scripting, and integration solutions.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, design patterns, and coding best practices.

- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools and practices.

- Good troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional engineering environment.
