About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site position that will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our product's front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness of applications for mobile and web platforms.

- Develop server-side logic using programming languages such as Node.js, Go or PHP.

- Create and manage databases with technologies like MySQL, MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

- Design and implement APIs to enable communication between front-end and back-end systems.

- Optimize performance for a seamless user experience.

- Architect scalable systems and provide guidance on building end-to-end solutions optimized for speed and performance.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver user-centric solutions.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in web development technologies and frameworks to implement best practices in projects.

- Maintain proper documentation for codebases, APIs, and system architecture for future reference.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, building scalable and high-performance applications.

- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions across diverse projects.

- Strong expertise in one or more front-end frameworks or libraries such as Angular.js or React.js.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.

- Proficient in one or more backend technologies such as Node.js or Go.

- Experience with RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.

- Familiarity with server-side frameworks like Express.js (Node.js) or Gin (Go).

- Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

- Experience in designing efficient database schemas and optimizing queries for performance.

- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

- Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve issues across the stack.
