Role Overview:

We are looking for a Backend-heavy Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining production-grade applications. The candidate should be strong in Node.js/TypeScript or Golang, with hands-on experience in React.js or Flutter, databases, APIs, system design, debugging, and production engineering.

Minimum 1 year of practical experience with Agentic AI / AI-assisted development tools is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable backend applications and REST APIs.

- Build business logic, integrations, and backend services using Node.js/TypeScript or Golang.

- Contribute to React.js or Flutter development, including API integration and debugging.

- Work with SQL databases and optimize queries, schemas, indexing, and transactions.

- Participate in system design and troubleshoot issues across application, API, database, and infrastructure layers.

- Effectively use AI coding tools while reviewing, validating, and testing AI-generated code.

- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, Design, and DevOps/SRE teams.

Must-Have Skills:

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong experience with Node.js/TypeScript or Golang.

- Experience with REST APIs, HTTP, authentication/authorization, asynchronous programming, and backend architecture.

- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Agentic AI / AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or equivalent.

- 1+ year of experience with React.js or Flutter.

- Experience with at least one SQL database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.

- Basic-to-intermediate System Design knowledge, including scalability, caching, service boundaries, asynchronous processing, and failure handling.

Good-to-Have:

- MongoDB, Redis

- Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Cloud

- JWT/OAuth, RBAC, API Security, OWASP

- Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, ELK/OpenSearch

- Microservices, event-driven architecture, queues, WebSockets, API gateways, or serverless.
