Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies and modern React development. This role requires a professional who can own end-to-end application development and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Backend:

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.

- Own modules end-to-end as an individual contributor.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Work extensively with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

2. Front-End (React Strong Expertise Required):

- Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable UI components using React JS.

- Build dynamic, responsive, and high-performance Single Page Applications (SPA).

- Implement advanced state management (Redux / Context API or similar).

- Handle end-to-end CRUD operations and API integrations.

- Manage asynchronous operations, error handling, and data binding efficiently.

- Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs.

3. Client & Collaboration:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in regular discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including backend, UI, QA, and DevOps.

4. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with latest technologies and frameworks in React and .NET.

- Recommend and implement innovative solutions and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Core Backend Expertise:

- 3+ years of experience in:

1. C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core.

2. ASP.NET MVC / Web API.

- Strong experience in:

1. SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ.

2. REST APIs.

3. Exposure to Azure cloud platform (preferred).

2. Front-End Expertise (Mandatory):

- 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in React JS.

- Deep understanding of:

1. Hooks (useState, useEffect, useReducer, etc.).

2. State management (Redux / Context API, etc.).

- Proven experience in:

1. CRUD operations and API integration.

2. Asynchronous programming and error handling.

3. Reusable component design and front-end architecture.

4. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

3. Additional Skills:

- Experience with Git/version control.

- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
