Full Stack Developer (.NET Core & Angular/React)

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular/React, SQL Server, and modern web application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience across both frontend and backend technologies, with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, Database Design, and Software Development Best Practices. The candidate should be passionate about building robust applications, solving complex technical challenges, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Full Stack Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core and Angular/React.

- Build highly responsive and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance and usability.

- Develop scalable backend services and business logic components.

- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

2. API & Microservices Development :

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices-based solutions.

- Develop reusable and scalable service components.

- Integrate applications with internal and external systems through APIs.

- Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.

- Optimize API performance and response times.

3. Database Development & Optimization :

- Design and manage database structures using Microsoft SQL Server.

- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.

- Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and performance monitoring.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient data management practices.

4. System Design & Architecture :

- Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.

- Contribute to scalable and maintainable application architecture.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.

- Follow coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.

5. Collaboration & Agile Delivery :

- Work closely with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 10 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C#.

- Hands-on experience with Angular or React.js.

- Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and performance optimization.

- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.

- Experience with source control systems such as Git.
