Full Stack Developer - MEAN Stack Technologies

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned MEAN Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our core web applications, bridging the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into high-performance, scalable features. Your work will directly influence the user experience for thousands of students and educators, ensuring our platforms remain reliable, fast, and secure as we scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize complex database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL to support data-intensive educational modules.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party APIs and services, enhancing the overall functionality of our platforms.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices to maintain high standards of code quality and system security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless experience for our stakeholders.

Required Skillset :

- Strong proficiency in designing and managing relational databases using SQL and PostgreSQL, with a focus on data integrity and query optimization.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within an agile team environment.

- Proven track record of managing the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Bangalore.

- Candidates should possess 4 - 8 years of relevant professional experience in full-stack web development.
