Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java 8/11/17+, Spring Framework ecosystem, React, and Microsoft SQL Server to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications and enterprise software solutions.

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Java 8/11/17+ and Spring Framework 3.x / Spring Boot 3.x technologies.

- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.

- Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical solutioning.

Experience & Qualifications :

- Relevant Experience : Minimum 5+ years in Java Full Stack Development.

- Domain Experience (Preferred) : Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Enterprise Application Development.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend applications using Java technologies.

- Build microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and MyBatis.

- Implement business logic, security controls, validation mechanisms, and integration services.

- Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve development efficiency.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, and SSO integrations.

- Develop cloud-native and microservices-based applications leveraging Spring Cloud components.

- Utilize dependency injection (IoC), aspect-oriented programming (AOP), and enterprise design patterns.

2. Frontend Development :

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes and business requirements into functional user interfaces.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.

- Implement state management using Redux or Context API, API integrations, and frontend performance optimizations.

3. Database Management :

- Design, develop, and maintain database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.

- Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.

- Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting.

- Ensure data security, integrity, and reliability.

4. API & Integration Development :

- Design and develop RESTful services and integration APIs.

- Integrate applications with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.

- Ensure API security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Support integration testing and production deployment activities.

5. DevOps & Deployment :

- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for automated deployments and infrastructure management.

- Work with containerization and orchestration platforms when applicable.

- Monitor applications and support production issue resolution.

6. Testing :

- Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automated test cases.

- Participate in peer code reviews and technical quality assurance activities.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.

- Contribute technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

7. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

- Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with project teams and leadership.
